Information we collect from you and how we use it
We do not automatically collect personal information from you unless it is freely provided. However some non-personal information is collected by our web server in order to continually improve this Website and tailor it to the needs of visitors. - When you complete our “Subscribe for Updates” form in order to join our subscription service in return for a fee.
If you complete our “Subscribe for Updates” form you will be asked for your name and email contact details and these details will be used to provide you with the services you subscribe to.
Our subscription services are set out in detail on our website but please note in particular that we may contact you by post, electronic mail (email) or telephone to provide you with our membership services and information which we believe may be of interest to you. - When you complete an online registration form in order to attend at one of our events.
If you complete an online registration form in order to attend at one of our events you will be asked for your name, job title, employer and contact details. We will use this information to confirm your booking and provide you with further details of the event.
You will also be asked whether you are happy for us to provide other delegates with your details and if you expressly agree to this, your name and affiliation (i.e. company or organisation name) will be included in our printed “Attendee List” which we provide to all delegates attending the event you have registered for as part of our delegate pack. Your contact details will not be included in this Attendee List.
We will also use your details to provide you with details of future events and other information which we believe may be of interest to you and we may contact you by post, electronic mail (email), or telephone to provide you with this information.
